We’re always looking for good, energetic instructors, not necessarily ‘surf stars’. We place emphasis on ‘people people’ who can guide and communicate well.  Previous experience helps, but not crucial. You will need your CPR/First Aid certificates (or we can direct you to classes). If you’re serious, you should get your NSSIA credentials.

We also do complete background checks on all instructors.

Pay is dependent upon experience and initiative: Starting/training pay is per job/lesson, about $9 hourly. Good instructors also make tips!
